HORIZONTAL RGB LINES IN TOP PORTION OF PICTURE, R-517 Unit looks normal but, displays red, green and blue horizontallines on the top portion of the picture. Normally, adjusting the REFfunction in the service mode will shift the lines out of the picture area.However, in this case the shift was not enough.
