DISTORTED AUDIO - ADJUST RV52 IN BASE TO LOWER HANDSET AUDIO Found dial tone to be real loud in handset. Adjusted RV52 inthe base for more resistance to decrease the dial tone signal onto thehandset.

NO POWER BASE - REPLACE L11, P/N 1-408-113-11. Base has no power. Checked DC IN Jack and it had the propervoltage. Checked one side of L11 and voltage was present, checked otherside and it had no voltage.

NO OGM & MEMO RECORDING REPLACE C513, P/N 1-124-584-00. Unit will not record OGM or Memo. C513 is shorted to groundpreventing the mic signal (MIC 501) from entering the pre amp (IC503).

REQUEST A PART NUMBER FOR THE MIC BOARD H/S The mic sub board H/S is cracked and since it is notavailable, you have to order the whole main board H/S.

NO RANGE - RESOLDER L501 AND L502 IN HAND MAIN BOARD. Distorted audio or bad reception at handset speaker in Talkfunction. L501 and L502 are cold soldered, causing RX & TX signal to beweak.
