My Samsung TV does not respond with remote control, can someone help me, where is the problem?
Batteries are new all contacts Clean, remote works
that's a hardware issue, I'm sure

That model can work with external keyboard connected to usb, or a bluetooth keyboard.

With keyboard, you can update/upgrade firmware. before replace PCB check firmware upgrade.

I already have new firmware update, did not help me
from time to time remote control works, you can work with it but not always
the remote control is OK, the TV problem

If is intermitent, check solder joint faults in IR board
