Eu pude confirmar que o problema está na SPI flash 25Q32.
Eu programei com o dump da CV9202H-BSM-Gestone-42-Full HD e ela agora arranca, mas com problema na cor e nao funciona o comando original.
Deixo em anexo o dump original para que algum colega a consiga reparar.
