DISTORTED (TOP) SINE-WAVE SIGNAL - Q607 FAULTY 8-729-178-55 After I replaced all output transistors unit still hasdistortion. The bias signal is wrong, the top of the sine-wave signal iscut off when feed in 10KH(signal from generator). I found Q607 shorted.

INTERMITTENT AUDIO/FUNCTION SWITCHING Unit would intermittently switch function input by itself.Also audio would intermittently drop either or both channels.

UNIT IN PROTECTION Unit is in protection. Emitters of output transistors are 0volts. Q-700 is turned on hard causing 9 volts on collector going toprotection IC-700.

DEAD AMP Fuse 1 blown no power. Replaced fuse had power but no audio.Found emitters of Q-511, Q-512 had 55 volts on them - and were shortedfrom emitter to base.
