NO BRIGHTNESS/RETRACE LINES, REPLACED R527 The unit displayed retrace lines and had no brightness or nocontrol of brightness. Found R-527 was open. This is the 135V feed tothe ABL circuit.

SET WOULD NOT TURN ON ALWAYS - SOMETIMES OK FOR 2-3 WEEKS Set would turn on intermittently. Found SV line wouldsometimes be 3.5 to 4.5V (would vary).

AUDIO OUTPUT FAILURES, SEE SB 291R2 Original audio outputs failed, and were replaced with newones. They failed again after two weeks. Please advise. -HQ COMMENTS: Tech. S/B # 291R2 was released on this subject Accordinglyvalues of the following components have to be changed:R254: from 27

UNIT SHUTS DOWN The unit would shut down whenever the channels were changed.We found the HV shutdown to be activating prematurely. We found R524 tobe cold soldered.
