The tech replaced the jungle ""IC without effecting the symptom "" | Tech noticed the +15 volt source was lower than expected. It was only 10 volts. It is not unusual. The voltage is normally 12 volts. What the tech was missing is the -15. This voltage must be there in order for the set to have any vertical sweep.
