BENT TAB ON HEAD CHASSIS Head deck would cycle up and down about 3 times after FWDbutton was pushed, then there would be a graunchy noise and deck would gointo FF.

GEAR WEARS Unit makes grinding noise when reversing. Intermittently willjam at same time noise is heard. Gear is made of soft plastic. Inreverse mode torque is too great and teeth pre-destroyed.
