GEAR REF. 310 GRINDS DURING LOAD, DAMAGES GEAR TEETH. Gear ref. # 310 grinds during load, causing the teeth to getchewed up. FPR P3402 states to replace the gear. Discovered that geargets ground up because of poor solder on SW621 (loading-end detect switch)causing loading motor to run too long.

MD MOUNTING SCREWS COMING LOOSE - FALL ON PCB CAUSING SHORT MD board screws are vibrating loose. One screw fell out &landed on main board. It's causing to short out DC input. Two other screwswere loose.
